◇Position Description◇

■About Organization

The Service Sales for Commercial Businesses manages Booking, Revenue and Gross Profit at Lenovo/NECPC Service Division in Tokyo HQ. The person lead the businesses as Business Development Manager, build good relationships with Commercial customers business partners. The role takes responsibility for new services and sales programs/promotions to the Commercial market. 

-  Report to : Service Sales & Marketing Senior Manager

-  Subordinates : None

-  Number of Peers : 8

■Roles and responsibilities

-  Contribute expand Booking, Revenue and Gross Profit at NECPC/Lenovo Japan. Accelerate and Expand as Business Develop Manager

- Built good relationship with NEC corp., Lenovo Japan sales and business partner, understand customer requirements or concern appropriately, prepare proposals that exceed customer expectations, make service delivery adjustments with both company and then generate revenue and PTI expansion.

-  Scrutinize customer large projects and support each project.

- Provide sales tools based on the opportunity analysis and conduct business support of NEC corp. and Lenovo Japan sales

-  Work on NECPC internal stakeholders and make proposals to customers feasible

- Rapidly resolve issues escalated from customers

-  If do not reach the target, will take actions to solve yourself.

-  Improve customer satisfaction through our services.

-  Report business situation to people managers

■Key Interaction with:

-  Our Commercial customer

-  NEC corp. Lenovo Japan and related Business Partner is our customer at Service Market.

-  NECPC internal: Sales team(Akihabara), Product team(Akihabara), AWSP team(Akihabara), Parts management team(Gunma) and Depot team(Gunma),

-  Service team in Asia Pacific team


■Must Have – essential

-  Sales skills, Marketing skills,  more than 5 years experiences at Commercial Market.

-  Excellent Biz development at Commercial Market 

-  Strong negotiation skills

-  Familiar with Windows 10

-  Logical communication skill

-  Relationship building with cross functional teams

-  Above average Database, Excel, Word and Power Point skills

■Good to have – desirable

-  High Tech Industry experience 

-  Up to 5 years of working experience after graduating from college

-  Project  management skills

-  Japanese skill – Native level

-  English skill – Interactive communication (Suggestion, Proposal, writing, reading to request)

-  TOEIC score 470 or more
