Description and Requirements

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting business growth thru Strong planning, building, and stabilizing business management system. These include Strategy planning, reporting, designing biz management system, and introducing new tools to improve productivity and visibility.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company strategies and initiatives.
• Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed coordinates planning activities with other stakeholding functions & deep dives to derive actionable strategies in trouble areas.
• Works closely with sales management to improve predictability and linearity and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
• Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
• Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
• Provides and distributes sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
• Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments.
• Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key employees
• Participate in-group activity to develop and drive for process enhancement

REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree with min 8 years experience in Sales Operations
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Exposure to Biz analytics and proficiency in using MS Excel; advanced Excel skill preferred
• With SQL / Qliksense / PowerBI knowledge is an advantage
• Applicants should be strong in Communication skills, Drive for Results, and comfortable dealing with an ambiguous situation
• Candidate must be an independent, hardworking, responsible, good team player able to work under pressure & highly committed to the job
