Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

在联想"All for AI"战略框架下，全面推进海外服务的AI化转型。团队致力于打造AI-driven服务&供应链系统，构建具备自主决策能力的韧性服务体系，并将核心AI能力产品化，赋能全球业务。

  1. 深入分析公司海外服务现状，识别瓶颈与机会点，设计端到端的优化产品方案，进行从初始概念、产品开发到市场发布的全流程管理。
  2. 应用Multi-Agent协作、LLM应用、强化学习等技术，具备将工具的蓝图转化为可行性的产品方案的能力。
  3. 与跨职能团队紧密协作，包括工程、设计、业务和研发团队，确保目标一致、执行高效，将海外服务相关AI能力封装为可复用、可配置的标准化产品模块，支持多区域部署。
  4. 项目落地实施：主导服务&供应链数字化/智能化项目的落地，协调内部IT与外部（系统厂商、咨询伙伴）资源，确保服务/供应链优化AI方案按时、按质交付，实现降本增效目标。

岗位要求：

  1. 教育背景：工业工程、管理科学、计算机、人工智能、运筹学、自动化或相关专业。
  2. 专业能力：熟悉Service管理 ,流程管理，供应链管理等至少1个领域。
  3. 核心经验：5年以上AI agent、数字化解决方案、AI项目实施落地相关经验。有主导或深度参与业务流程优化、数字化变革项目成功案例者优先。独立完成过至少3个生产级AI优化项目.
  4. 综合素质：具备较强的逻辑思维与工程落地能力，具备优秀的抗压能力、跨团队沟通能力以及技术探索热情，拥有成熟的产品思维，致力于交付高价值的工业级AI解决方案。
  5. 加分项：
    1. 有服务管理、流程变革、供应链管理数字化项目背景；
    2. 互联网公司AI项目落地实施经验。
