Description and Requirements

岗位描述:

1.       根据联想中国区服务业务发展战略,结合联想全球IT系统规划,制定支持Service Upsell快速发展的IT平台发展策略;

2.       协调业务和联想IT平台发展战略,通过流程化、工具化、自动化思路,让Service upsell 的日常运营做到高效、准确、信息充分透明;

3.       调研用户需求,结合当前IT系统现状、业务运营模式及当前痛点,梳理业务逻辑,设计IT实施方案;

4.       组织和推动包括各IT、业务等各团队,确保IT方案的实施和落地;

5.       分析IT系统上线后的实施效果,引导以客户为中心的产品迭代;

职位要求:

1.       具备业内服务行业实践,有较强的沟通能力,深度挖掘客户需求;

2.       具有较强的PPT制作能力及演示技巧,可以独立主持大型研讨会及方案沟通会;

3.       较强的人际关系处理能力,可以协调、协商各方利益达成一致,并保持与客户保持良好关系;

4.       具有良好的项目管理能力,英语可作为工作语言;

5.       有很强的owner意识,良好的自我管理能力、环境适应能力和执行力,能较大压力下保持工作激情;

6.       优秀的组织、协调、沟通及团队合作能力,善于调动各个相关团队的积极性;

7.       10年以上CRM产品设计经验,有较强的逻辑思维能力和洞察力;
