Role Description:
  • Accountable for geo level services upsell revenue and margin targets
  • Establish upsell strategy for the geo in collaboration with upsell leadership team, geo Go to Market leadership, and geo Service Delivery leadership team 
  • Define market specific requirements for execution and management of new programs (service delivery requirements, order to cash, and performance management) 
  • Responsible for negotiating favorable terms including pricing with B to B customers and partnering with Legal and Procurement to ensure timely execution of contract agreements 
  • Establish and manage regular cadence of business review internally and externally with relevant stakeholders 
  • Manage local operating expense budget Develop objective business cases to justify investments required to launch new service offerings Responsible for driving “attach rate” of offerings within the geo across all channels
