Description and Requirements

Job Description:

1. Manage end-to-end warranty claims validation and payable payment process

2. Claims data analysis, root cause analysis, and solution identification

3. Work with various team in different geography to resolve any data, process, and billing related issues

4. Lead and initiate project to identify cost saving opportunity and process improvement

Position Requirements:

1. University degree

2. Minimal 3 years experience in business operation, finance, or account payable

3. Excellent Excel skills. Database SQL and reporting skills are beneficial

4. Strong proficiency in English both communication and written

5. Preferable with Service or Post-Sales Support and finance payable experience

6. Be able to work independently and effectively in fast changing business environment
