This position will be part of the Services Enablement team, reporting to Services Infrastructure Enablement Director.

These are your detailed responsibilities:
Drive EMEA Services processes and systems optimization 
Manage customer satisfaction programs 
Secure Services Enablement integrity and efficient cooperation with WW and Core Services BT/IT organization 
Deliver BT/IT releases agreed in the IT roadmap that supports WW and EMEA Services initiatives 
Run regular BMS with WW & Core BT/IT – info cascading/regular interlock with business teams 
Collect new requirements/ CRs for each rollout and drive their execution
Act as focal point for Change request validation/submission 
Ensure the team is successful and meets given KPIs 
Secure OHRP (Organization Human Resource Planning) actions fulfilment 
Accomplish financial objectives

Position Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 
Previous experience in project management
PMP certification or PRINCE2
Previous experience in system applications 
Excellent written and verbal English communication 
Strong presentation skills 
Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 3400 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 14% of your annual earnings
