职位描述: 
1. 负责在线销售团队的管理,通过有效管理团队的日常运作,,带领团队达成当期各项销售指标通  
2. 对联想方案服务型产品的市场趋势熟悉,推动客户购买体验和满意度 
3. 团队建设,提升团队凝聚力,形成良好团队氛围,有效激励团队; 
4. 定期Coach员工,组织团队内部培训,提升团队成员能力; 

职位要求: 
1. 5-8年IT行业的工作经验以及3年以上的销售团队管理经验 
2. 愿意学习和分享,指导团队成员实现业务目标 
3. 优秀的沟通能力,协调内外部的资源,达成团队目标 
4. 富有工作热情、创业精神和良好的团队合作意识
