Description and Requirements

We are currently looking to hire a Service Operations manager to join our Premium Care WW team. In this position, you will have oversight and responsibilities over the delivery and management of our Premium Care EMEA offering. As Premium Care manager you are expected to be the liaison between call center management, field, parts, logistics management, sales and product teams to meet operational and financial goals, drive initiatives to lead continuous improvement actions.

The service delivery manager carries out the day-to-day management including planning and coordination of a program and its activities, ensuring implementation of policies and practices, maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions.

  • Field service delivery and supply chain
  • Financial controls and efficiencies
  • Operational processes & procedures surrounding delivery
  • Reporting and Business Analysis

You will report to Services Program Manager based in the US.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will have minimum of 5  years’ experience in:

  • Contact Center management experience
  • Project or Program Management
  • Vendor and/or Account Management
  • Service Delivery management or Supply Chain

Key Competencies

  • Excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact and communicate with executive teams
  • Understanding of metrics in CX, Contact Center or Field Support
  • Excellent organization skills, must be a self-starter who has experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a demanding and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of PC technology, market trends, other vendor competition, sales strategies and management principles.
  • Ability to prepare reports for the business unit and provide recommendations and action items for improvements

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part.
