Description and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience:

  • Plan and manage programs to ensure customer requirements are met through enablement of quality service capabilities and processes 
  • Lead projects from a service perspective by reviewing technical and logistical requirements, identifying tasks, coordinating resources and creating/tracking project schedules
  • Candidate will represent Service Readiness on WW Offering Development Teams (ODTs) in the Data Center Group (DCG)
  • Responsible for multiple Hyperscale customers and products in development at any given time
  • Provide service requirements and direction to ODTs resulting in products that are high quality, easy to diagnose and service
  • Ensure WW readiness for support of product prior to product shipment approval
  • Drive improvement to warranty costs generation over generation
  • Provide lifecycle service advice / continual improvement opportunities during the life of the product
  • Project Management certification (PMP) a plus
