Description and Requirements

Services Sales Operations

The Services Sales Operations Analyst will serve as the liaison between the Sales and Incentives & Commissions team with regards to Sales Commission recognition for the Services Organization. They will also be the liaison between Operations and the Incentives & Commissions team with regards to data feeds in the North American geography.  The position reports to the Services and Solutions Group and is a fast-paced role for someone who has strong analytical and communication skills.  This person will:

Duties include:

  • Serve as the single point of contact between the Sales and Incentives & Commissions team for any questions regarding revenue recognition tied to compensation
  • Serve as the single point of contact between Operations and Incentives & Commissions team for any questions regarding data feeds and offering identification
  • Analyze commission reports to identify any trends (Segment, Sub-Segment, Element, Offering, etc.)
  • Present to Sales, Operations, and I&C Management on a quarterly basis

Basic Requirements:

  • Undergrad degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management skills
  • 3 - 5 years of previous experience in the IT industry

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with Sales Commission processing
  • Superior Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Dynamics, Qlik, SQL, Brio or Hyperion would be advantageous
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team on a quarterly basis
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
