Description and Requirements

The position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual with exceptional business management or product management skills to be part of a high-performance organization within a leading global computer manufacturer. The primary objective of the Services Sales Channel Program Manager is to drive various SMB Channel Services programs across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement programs that drive attach and more complex professional and managed services
  • Lead various SMB Services Sales programs enablement in cooperation with WW and EMEA
  • Continued tracking of markets adoption against program recommendations and facilitation of reporting and data analytics to drive further program implementation
  • Be proactive in proposing areas to improve SMB Services Sales business through running the effective programs
  • Work closely with SMB channel sales, operations, product, and marketing teams

Position Requirements:
  • 5-7 years experience in product and business management with a proven track record
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge of IT market route to market, knowledge of Services Upsell business is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively while considering future organizational requirements
  • Committed to delivering results and action-oriented, strong in problem-solving and analyses
