Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:
1.Develop robust processes and scorecards to provide access to savings, business model transformation costs, investments, and overall financial performance on execution on all Operations initiatives
2.Provide modeling and scenario analysis for strategies and initiatives to improve cost and/or margin
3.Drive detailed and visible financial reporting (e.g., parts cost and pricing, parts scrap and recovery, logistics freight/warehouse/duties/tariff, refurbishment operations cost, sourcing / PPI savings, …) metrics, financial planning and analysis, and budgeting throughout the business to support business decisions
4.Provide ongoing analytical and reporting support to Service teams on parts costs, freight and logistics costs, parts inventory volume, service overhead spending, warranty, and E&O performance…
5.Evaluate field service engineer’s performance and support case generation enabling workforce optimization decisions, including deep analysis of current workforce efficiency and opportunities for optimization
6.Enable strategic deployment for projects to operate at scale like parts recovery  
7.Communicate case for change to influence key finance and service partners to implement towards defined services transformation plan
8. Build relationships with senior management level individuals across the division to define practices and strategies to make valuable contributions and maintain cost efficiency
9.Oversee development of budget and forecast requirements for Service Operations
10.Ensure adherence to Delegation of Approval Authority Matrix/Corporate accounting policies

Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting...MBA/CPA preferred
2.10+ years in corporate finance and accounting or Services Supply Chain finance experience and has operational experience  
3.The successful candidate is forward-thinking, personable, highly ethical, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
4.Track record of developing significant relationships at all levels within an organization and can operate effectively in a matrixed reporting structure.
5.Engaged leader, who values frequent interactions and dialog with subordinates, peers, and the business leadership team.
6. Able to energize and influence a wide spectrum of people, including senior financial and operational professionals.
7. Possess a strong set of personal and business values that coincide with Lenovo’s global working culture

10. Strong systems and analytic capabilities including SAP, Tableau, PowerBI
