Description and Requirements

岗位职责
  • 负责天禧 Claw 的 Skill 类产品设计，制定 Skill 体验规范、发布流程与质量标准
  • 深度挖掘用户在多场景（工作、生活、学习）下的 AI 能力调用需求，抽象并设计可复用的 Skill 能力
  • 与算法、工程团队协作，完成 Skill 能力的模型对接、意图识别、技能编排等产品实现
  • 建立 Skill 生态数据指标体系，监控技能调用频次、成功率、用户满意度等核心数据
  • 探索 Skill 开放平台能力，推动第三方开发者生态建设
岗位要求
  • 3年以上AI类产品经验，有技能平台、插件系统、API 产品等相关经验优先
  • 熟悉 Agent/Skill 的技术架构设计，具备与研发团队讨论技能编排、意图路由、多技能协作的能力
  • 对 AI 场景有敏锐洞察，能精准识别用户的高频、刚需 AI 能力需求
  • 具备跨团队协作能力，能有效协调算法、工程、设计等多方资源推动产品落地
  • 计算机、人工智能、产品设计等相关专业背景优先
加分项
  • 有 Agent 开发、智能客服、对话系统等产品经验
  • 熟悉主流 Agent 框架（如 LangChain、AutoGPT）或 Bot 平台
  • 有开发者社区运营或开放平台建设经验
