Description and Requirements

工作内容：
1. 负责智能座舱、车机系统及车载生态类产品的全生命周期管理，贴合车规标准与出行场景需求，统筹产品规划、需求定义、研发落地与迭代优化。
2. 聚焦前装整车及后装车载市场，洞察行业趋势、用户痛点与竞品动态，输出产品方案与迭代策略。
3. 需协同研发、设计、测试、供应链及市场团队，把控产品安全性、稳定性与量产可行性，平衡体验、成本与商业化价值，持续优化车载产品能力，提升用户出行体验与产品市场竞争力。
任职资格：
1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、车辆工程、工业设计、产品设计等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验：2年及以上智能座舱、车机系统、车载生态相关产品经理工作经验，熟悉前装整车或后装车载市场业务模式，有完整的车载产品从0到1落地及迭代经验者优先。
3. 专业能力：熟悉智能座舱核心模块（仪表、车机、HUD、车载互联等）、车载主流技术架构及车规级产品开发标准；具备优秀的需求挖掘、方案设计、产品规划能力，能够独立输出PRD、产品方案、迭代规划等文档；了解车载行业竞品生态及商业化玩法。
4. 综合能力：具备极强的跨部门沟通协同、项目推进及问题解决能力，能够高效协调研发、供应链、市场等团队推进项目落地；拥有良好的逻辑思维、数据敏感度和市场洞察力，可精准捕捉用户痛点与行业趋势；具备成本意识、商业化思维和量产思维，能平衡产品体验、成本与商业价值。
