The Smart Collaboration Channel Account Manager (CAM) - Distribution must have track record of success in recruiting and developing strong channel relationships and business results. The Smart Collaboration Channel Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring and significantly growing Lenovo channel sales share through the distribution channel driving commercial revenue and customer satisfaction. This individual will be establishing and managing programs to drive account relationships through senior level engagements at our distributors and target partners. They will also develop strategies for profit growth and product mix proposals, as well as communicate and understand Total Cost of Ownership, industry trends, and measure ROI for strategic investments in Smart Collaboration Technology. The CAM will also be engaged with extended teams in proposals, building relationships with partners and Lenovo field sales teams, product transition plans, and investment planning.

Will consider candidates in any major metro area, near a major airport. 

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships at all levels within key distributors
  • Build and manage strategic plans to grow the Smart Collaboration category for Lenovo
  • Acquire new resale partners through distribution focused programs
  • Attend trade shows, events and offsite meetings as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Knowledge of the IT ecosystem with prior Collaboration or meeting room experience a plus
  • Solution selling competency
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to prioritize both short and long term objectives in a fast paced environment.
