Description and Requirements

Position descriptions:
1, Engage in product design team as service representative to identify the service delivery risk and work out the solution
2, Based on product design, define the specification of hardware/software diagnostic solution and align with product design spec
3, Develop product technical support instructions, troubleshooting documents, FAQs, Problem Determination Guidance and continue improvement
4, Leading field technical issue analysis, tracking and coordinate with development/quality team until resolved
5, In terms of product service model and operation, define E2E work flow of Repair/Replacement & develop related SOP
6, Deliver service training of new product to Lenovo education team, tracking the feedback from audience to improve training quality
7, Design technical solution based on service upsell offering requirement
