Description and Requirements


  • Deeply involved into Smart IOT product Dev. phase from the first beginning, , work out QMP, to prevent potential quality issue happenning and good CX.
  • Fully engaged in NPI phase to manage quality issue, solve or mitigate them to protect our customers.
  • After SS, monitoring field quality performance and take actions as needed to satisfy our customers, Fupan and feedback into next generation product to make sure continuous improvement.
  • Special tasks.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Science or technical field with min 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality environment
  • Working knowledge of applicable quality standards (ISO 9001& 14001) and quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC , Pareto Analysis & Control Plans)
  • Proficient knowledge of Industrial PC products  (Hardware & Software)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines in a dynamic
    manufacturing environment
  • Self-starter / Self-directed. Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Have strong communication skills and be well organized.
  • Fluent in English

  • Experience with manufacturing automation and SMART mfg. solutions
