We are seeking a Smarter Renewal Specialist to execute renewals with Lenovo Channel Partners. They will engage with T2 Channel Partners to onboard, identify opportunities, and enable automatic renewals for Lenovo warranty extensions. This individual will collaborate effectively with internal Lenovo Channel teams and Sales teams to help bring identified Partners onto the Smarter Renewal Platform.
The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges, and has experience in renewals to assist the APOS Sales teams in meeting its business objectives. The candidate will be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving, a passion for identifying and eliminating bottlenecks in support of Partners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment and able to manage through ambiguity. Understanding Channel Organizations, renewal programs and ability to create a connection with Partners are all essential to success in this role.
This position will work with stakeholders supporting the extended APOS Services organization, such as Sales, Service Operations, Business Development, Marketing, and the Partner team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies.
Primary location out of Bratislava Bulgaria but also open to remote Bulgaria.
Position Requirements
- Work directly with T2 Partners to share Renewal opportunities
- Assist T2 Partners with onboarding and set up for Lenovo Smarter Renewal program
- Onboard Partners to Smarter Renewals program through webinars, and 1x1 presentations
- Proactively work to a quarterly plan of accounts (x accounts/month)
- Track daily activities with each entity for monthly reports
- Record training videos as needed for individual languages
- Review translated materials for website to support channel community
- Provide feedback and recommendations on 3rd party platform, as necessary
- Research Partner accounts using internal and external resources for contacts and opportunity
- Support Channel Account Manager and APOS sales reps reps in introducing the program to Partners
- Support Partners with questions on the program throughout
- Rollout new information on the program to Partners
- Expand Partner usage of the program through strategic planning with Channel Account Managers and APOS sales reps reps
- Spanish is a MUST
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in renewals selling
- Ability to manage multiple prospects, varying timelines, and a variety of inputs from stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to articulate details of programs and processes to various audiences
- Excellent cross group collaboration skills
- Ability to overcome objections from internal/external stakeholders
