Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Undertake end-to-end product ownership for Lenovos Global Desktop Computing Business Unit, be responsible for the overall product performance and ensure the product's market competitiveness.

2. Collaborate closely with R&D, ID, and cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle to promote the smooth advancement of product development and iteration.

3. Cooperate with the Business and WW Marketing teams to develop compelling go-to-market (GTM) plans and product narratives, supporting product promotion and market penetration.

4. Align product positioning with the Portfolio Strategy Team, conduct comprehensive research on the industry, competitors, technology, and users to lay a foundation for product strategy formulation.

5. Define product strategy through UX-centric PRD creation and product disclosure processes, ensuring the product meets user needs and market demands.

6. Build product stories from proof of concept (PoC) to full lifecycle execution, draft and implement 4P-based GTM plans while promoting cross-functional alignment.

7. Track product performance and user experience, put forward optimization suggestions in a timely manner, and ensure continuous improvement of the product.

Job Requirements

1. Have 3+ years of IT industry experience, preferably involving software product or solution management; experience in To-C, To-B, or vertical industry solutions is a plus.

2. Possess strong English communication skills, including listening, writing, and presentation abilities, to support global collaboration work.

3. Have an innovative mindset, be capable of out-of-the-box thinking, and drive breakthrough ideas for product development and optimization.

4. Have an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as strong storytelling capability.

5. Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to tailor messages for different audiences, including internal and external C-level executives.

6. Possess strong analytical skills and solid financial acumen, and be able to accurately analyze product performance and market trends.

7. Be able to navigate ambiguity, with a passion for turning uncertainties into business opportunities and promoting the continuous development of the product.

8. Have experience working with customers and company sellers; experience in global customer cooperation is a plus.
