■Roles and responsibilities

The Solution Architect will be responsible to support our growth in Software and Service businesses, executing our bundling and after point of sale services sales strategy. S/he will have proven sales/marketing experience in the service solution businesses and package business such as Microsoft Modern IT solutions.


Responsibilities Include:


- Establish and drive a Business by Technical presentation, discussion and proposals with Lenovo Japan software and services sales and Segment Sales Representatives.

- Advisory Support and collaboration with various Function Sales BDMs to grow software and services businesses.

- Implement and Share Best Practice from other Geos as pertaining to services and software strategy.

- Be the point of technical contact between Services and the Software Business Unit to position Software value proposition

- Lead technical discussion with customer, business partners to suggest next step for reaching out customer’s pain points and their solution.

- Shape Customer/Delivery partners SOW for service contracts that are in proposal.

- Work with segment sales and service/software BDMs to run promotions through touch points

- Provide Technical Sessions for Lenovo Internal and External audience.


Must Have – essential
