Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities：

Requirements Analysis & Business Alignment: Collaborate with business teams to analyze requirements, translating business needs into feasible Agentic AI solution specs; Validate requirement feasibility with stakeholders, aligning solution design with business goals.

Agentic AI Solution Architecture Design & Documentation: Design comprehensive, reusable Agentic AI solution architectures (data flows, model integration, tool use, orchestration, monitoring); Compile and maintain clear, developer-friendly architecture design docs.

Technical Standards Formulation & Implementation Oversight: Establish and maintain a repository of approved Agentic AI design patterns, technical standards, coding guidelines, and blueprints; Oversee standard implementation to drive standardized development, ensuring solution consistency and quality.

Technology Partner Ecosystem Management: Lead onboarding of key tech vendors/platforms (per DT/IT whitelist, e.g., LLM, agent dev vendors); Manage ongoing technical partner relationships to support Agentic AI solution development.

Technical Guidance & Architecture Review: Provide hands-on architectural guidance to function teams for Agentic AI development; Conduct formal architecture reviews for major initiatives to ensure standard compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Mastery of cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and APIs.
  • Deep technical knowledge of AI/ML Ops, LLM APIs, and prompt engineering.
  • Strong ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate complex designs to diverse audiences.
  • Proven vendor and partner management experience.
  • Strategic thinking balanced with practical, hands-on problem-solving.
