Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Facing the industrial customers, responsible for the market development and sales of the Lenovo smart manufacturing solutions, helping customers to realize the digitalization and intelligence of their entire manufacturing process.

2. Have a clear sense of purpose and execution, formulate sales plans according to established tasks, visit plans, develop new customers, and complete sales goals on a quarterly basis.

3. Ability to adapt to complex environments, self-driving ability, ability to actively coordinate internal and external resources in large-scale projects, match customer needs, and complete business and project goals.

4. Identify and filter customer needs by frequent customer engagement, support product manager and solution delivery team to define and iterate solutions.

5. Develop and maintain customers in the AP region, timely feedback on customer needs, and expand Lenovo’s influence and industry reputation in smart manufacturing solutions.


Role Requirements:

1. 5+ years of direct sales experience with major customers in the discrete or process manufacturing industry, of which 3+ years of experience in complex solutions sales for large-scale enterprises. Familiar with at least one industry, with more than 3 successful customer cases of $10M levels. Those with large-scale IT sys (ERP, SCM, SRM, CRM), AI sys (Computer Vision, Big Data), or Automation sys (Robotics, Digital Twin) are preferred.

2. Possess consultative sales ability, can independently conduct product and solution presentations and have solid user demand mining, demand guidance, and full-process control capabilities for solution projects.

3. Have good customer communication and coordination skills, entrepreneurial thinking mode, keen market insight and adaptability, a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; can adapt to high-intensity, fast-paced work pressure, and frequent customer visit in responsible regions.

4. Have strong execution ability, be good at learning, and have a certain understanding of new technologies, such as (Cloud, AI, IOT, IT platforms, Digital supply chain), etc.

5. Those who have certain experience in consulting and planning projects are preferred.
