Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:
  • Move the company to software systems business model from hardware.
  • Own the solution/product specifications, requirements, and release plans.
  • Work with ISV and/or internal R&D to evaluate and integrate the solutions into company offerings.
  • Serve as the external and internal link for the solution/product, working with key customers and sales channels.
  • Understand the overall market, competitors and technologies in retail industry.
  • Have a strong software background, especially in the retail industry, e.g. POS software, WMS, ERP etc.
  • Work closely with stakeholders (such as customers, business development and the sales team) to understand needs, priorities and translate them into solution/product requirements and definitions.

Job Requirements: 
    • More than 10 years of working experience in retail-related industries.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in software product management.
    • Capable to communicate in English, Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
    • Location-based in Hong Kong, Singapore, UK and oversea travel as per request.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Degree in software development, computer science, product management, or a related field.
    • Detail-oriented; Results-oriented; Problem solver.
