Position Description:        

Key responsibilities | What you will do in this Job:

Marketing Operations:

  • PR/PO operations for global and geo budgets; Invoice payments follow-up  
  • Ensuring GAAP-compliance, procurement process alignment, etc. for HQ marketing requisitions
  • Manage to work with the PR/PO operations, Anaplan and finance team
  • Manage HQ prototype process
  • Help Manager with Adhoc global marketing budget operations BMS with finance

Digital Transformation tools

  • Support Digital Transformation initiatives for MBG including but not limited to:
  • AEM tool optimization and management
  • Anaplan UX improvements

Strive to become SME on Global Marketing Tools and Processes

  • MBG Expert on marketing tools and processes providing support to all marketing employees globally. Specific tool and process expertise on:
  • Anaplan, Ariba

Position Requirements: proven experience in Operations roles

  • +4 years of experience with the creation of PR/PO is a must
  • Passion for optimization and efficiency Strong collaboration skills & Effective communicator
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Self-starter with ability to manage projects end-to-end
  • Individual contributor experience in a matrixed management structure, and of working successfully across borders and cultures
  • Ability to influence and follow through successful plans within large, dynamic organizations
  • Proven experience with the mobile industry
  • Team player that leads by example, motivates, and inspires.
