Coordinate and monitor the Trade Marketing / Field Force area outsourced personnel, through the analysis of the different variables that affect the objectives of the area, guaranteeing the increase of the sell out.

Functions and responsibilities
  • Analyze the KPI's reports presented by your work team as a result of the commercial management of the activities agreed with the brand, with the aim of proposing action plans that guarantee commercial results.
  • Design and carry out management reports with the analysis of the figures, clarifications and action plans that are necessary to present the results of the commercial management to the brand.
  • Take the necessary commercial actions with your outsourced work team at a strategic and tactical level according to the conclusions obtained from the information analysis. 
  • Analyze the objectives pursued by the activity and give instructions to the account personnel to fulfill them.
  • Accompanying the field work, through the commercial team under his charge, providing feedback on the result and expectations of the service
  • Maintain direct and permanent contact with the personnel provider, for the management of strategies, business objectives or policies that directly affect field management
  • Give clear and timely instructions, according to the evolution of the business.
  • Define and manage the availability of resources (human, technical, financial, logistical, wellness) that are required to fulfill the commercial offer.
  • Maintain a permanent relationship with the Vendor for the administration of resources and the fulfillment of the commercial offer.

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in sales / management and staff development.
  • Degree: Professional in Business Administration or related careers, preferably with a Specialization in Marketing, among others.
