Responsibilities:

  • Participate in and monitor the progress and effectiveness of the ROW sales incentive comp design and administration in strong collaboration with the Incentive & Commission (I&C) team.
  • Focus on ROW sales organizations compensation needs and market competitiveness
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our sales comp philosophy and strategy of our various sales comp programs.   
  • Assist in broad analysis and recommend proactive solutions to ensure that our compensation strategy is achieved.
  • Research market trends and make recommendations to ensure that our compensation strategy is well executed and achieved.  
  • As a trusted advisor, collaborate with geo-based HR leaders, various HR Partners and business leaders on matters related to compensation.
  • Provide feedback and solutions to broader challenges in the attraction, motivation and retention of talent.
  • Leverage knowledge of market conditions and competitive talent landscape to design strategies to assist in meeting company objectives. 
  • Direct studies and analyses for business unit to inform the resolution on compensation related issues as needed. 
  • Confer with legal team and/or outside counsel on legal aspects of compensation programs. 
  • Serve as primary interface to our HR Analytics team to ensure that effective dashboards are created for broader use in monitoring pay competitiveness.
  • Represent the team as an expert or resource to cross-functional projects or coordinating team efforts.
  • Drive diversity, inclusion and pay equity initiatives

Organization
You will be reporting to Executive Director for Global Compensation Programs. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years progressive experience in an analytical role
  • Prefer 2+ years’ experience in a compensation role supporting multiple business groups in multiple geographies.
  • Experience in the utilization of HR analytics to proactively monitor and maintain compensation competitiveness.
  • Strong understanding of sales compensation incentive design and pay philosophy
  • Skilled at interpreting business needs and making decisions based on emerging priorities.
  • A demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization, while being highly collaborative and able to influence around common goals.
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to translate data and trends into key insights and recommendations.
  • Strong creativity in developing and communicating complex concepts in a clear an concise manner.
  • Multiple geographic experience and cross culture sensitivity combined with an ability to bridge cultural gaps.
  • English fluency

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part
