  • Responsible for customer support operation, controlling the quality of support provided, contents and different channels including digital solutions.
  • Create overviews in Excel, providing analysis on top contact reason and thinking on best solutions to provide to our customers.
  • Internationally oriented and have a proficient command of English and Portuguese (both spoken and written).
  • Explores and assesses the needs of customers and how good are the solutions provided to them.
  • Be responsible for the digital solution KPIs.
  • Processing and discussing product feedback.
  • Reporting discovered issues, suggest solutions and follow up on any pending solution.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Advertisement, Communication, Marketing and/or related areas
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Advanced / English fluency is a must
