Job Responsibilities  

  • Manage relationship with service centers
  • Responsible for Service Operational KPIs
  • Readiness for NPI (New Product introduction)
  • Escalations from carrier, retail or end users
Requirements:
  • +4 years experience in the activities described
  • Advanced english
  • Bachelors degree
