Description and Requirements

The worldwide SMB ecommerce team in Lenovo is charged with developing and building the short and long term strategy to drive the SMB ecommerce business to new pinnacles of success. The SMB segment is Lenovo ecommerce’s largest and most profitable segment. This is a high performance team recognized at the highest levels in Lenovo. SMB Ecommerce teams ideates new business ideas and creates the strategic and executional go to market plans to bring them to market. The initiatives can range from new products and services, improvements to the user experience, new marketing programs, partnerships and/or add new benefits for our customers to further accelerate our growth and vision. These are high visibility roles which interface across the large ecommerce team globally. We are given the freedom to dream big and then bring these to realities.


• Lead the evolution and expansion of the LenovoPRO software, SaaS and services portfolio globally

• Develop the end to end strategy

• Run a full business management process to monitor performance and progress on a regular cadence across regions and ensure cross coordinate and alignment on key strategies.

• Help define the software and services product roadmap roadmap

• Project manage new product launches and regional rollouts

• Form partnerships with SaaS and services vendors to drive attractive pricing, special offers, marketing content

· Present sound strategy decks and execution plans to both executives and operational regional teams.

· Coordinate w/ geo teams to provide the above inputs

· Coordinate training for account managers and tele sales per product/offering

· Map, monitor and champion the post sales purchase experience and resolve key cx issues

· Help define the tele incentive structure and work/ BUs and vendors to help fund

• Work w/ UX and Product teams to develop the new DLP, placement in CTO configurator , test bundles and define new optimization tests

• Define the IT roadmap for future improvements

• Coordinate w/ community managers to have events/webinars to drive member engagement

• Develop, coordinate, and execute long-term strategic partnership plans to identify and reach target opportunities

• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and multitask with excellent organizational skills

• Strong Business and technical acumen to be able to understand, evaluate, and communicate the benefits of LenovoPRO

• Strong internal and external communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity

Position Requirements:

• BA/BS with 5-7 years combined experience working in the business management, general management, program management, ecommerce, product marketing, product management. MBA experience highly preferred

• Ability to do financial modeling, business cases and executive ready presentations.

• Strong understanding and experience with business strategy, P&L management and marketing fundamentals is desired.

• Ability to manage through influence and lead project teams across different geographic regions.

• Strong organizational, project management, analytical and quantitative skills

• Attention to detail and results oriented

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interpersonal skills to adapt to different situations and be a global team player

• Resourceful and self-motivated.

• Willing to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements when needed

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

• Strong collaborative experience in teaming with Sales to drive results
