As a Senior Financial P&A Manager, you will be the primary contact point for any country specific financial matters and responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the country’s operation. You will be a part of the META Region Finance team situated in different European, Middle East  & Africa countries, reporting to the Regional CFO and you will be part of the Turkey management team.


These are your detailed responsibilities:

• General Financial Administration - regular review of the P&L elements, monthly and quarterly forecast cycle support, month end closing
• Active involvement in the monthly closing process and P&L review
• Play an active role in the Mx, weekly forecast and QBR processes and presentations.
• Local contact point for all departments supporting in Financial matters and assistance and handling of questions, investigations and fixing of Local Finance related matters
• Assistance to Accounting in B/S reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with local country reporting requirements in joint co-operation with Regional Accountant
• Support and assistance in Statutory, Tax & VAT reporting, especially maintaining strong links to the external accounting form
• Assistance in External & Internal audits
• Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguard
• Liaison to local Country admin and HR for payroll related financial matters
• Balance sheet and Accounts Receivable Supervision
• Treasury and cash flow management 

 

Organization

You will report to META CFO, supporting the CGM and 4P lead in Turkey. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings and sit on the Turkey Management Team.


What you'll bring:

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Preferable Master degree in Finance and/or Accounting
• Min. 5 years of experience in (Financial) controlling
• Resolution oriented
• Very good IT skills, especially Excel
• Able to work in a virtual environment and establish relations across Country borders
