Description and Requirements

Description:

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness for software solutions and new business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns. 
Maintain and enhance brand image and identity through consistent messaging, visual elements, and tone of voice. Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and communications.
Be data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts. Analyze customer insights to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices. Continuously learn and apply new marketing strategies and tools to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

Position Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree required;

- Advanced English;

- 5+ years of experience with marketing, digital campaigns, and customer marketing (prefer fast paced consumer goods and/ or services experience);

- Experience working with cross functional teams (e.g., product marketing, PR, CX, etc);

- Experience with marketing for software solutions/ services;

- Experience managing or working with marketing agencies;

- Expericence working on campaigns for apps;

 - Experience working with costumer journey and experience;

- Proven ability to work with virtual teams;

- Ability on presentations (creating and presenting);

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Innovative and creative, ability to engage others regarding new ideas and projects;

- Ability to think strategically and increase effectiveness at achieving overall strategies;

- Ability to manage projects with deadlines to meet Global campaign development needs;

- Strong analytical skills, creativity, communication abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms are also highly valued in this role.
