Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related management disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or production operations support within the manufacturing industry; electronics background is preferred.
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with basic data analysis skills.
4. Strong communication and coordination abilities; good command of written English.
5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
