What You Will Do:

• Own business operations for the SEE region
• Own and drive planning / operations excellence with sales 
• Work with supply planner to maximize revenue attainment for SEE region
• Order management / scheduling, short-term and long-term planning, driving customer delivery performance and satisfaction 
• Demand Planning, Collaborative Customer Planning etc
• Lead region in market life cycle planning from NPI through EOL
• Support the territory general managers, customer fulfillment and revenue attainment as well as wider staff team
• Help support the growth in SEE and adapting the supply chain to accommodate the organization

What We are Looking for:

• 4+ years of previous experience in a similar position
• Economics/ Business/ Analytical Bachelor's degree 
• Previous experience in a planning role – CPFR (collaborative planning) experience an advantage 
• Previous experience of working in Telecoms Manufacturing an advantage
• Flexible and accustomed to ambiguous situations, motivated to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team of professionals
• Confident Excel user – you will be presenting data & outcomes from them  
• Fluent English skills – you will be working with different nationalities
• Communication skills as this will be your everyday tool
• Knowledge of any extra languages  is also an advantage
