Description and Requirements

Overall Description:

Responsible for LAS Services Supply Chain end-to-end operations and financial performance management including parts planning, logistics operations and customer care services as well as Repair operations management for Commercial and Consumer products by leading a team of 9 direct reports.

Key responsibilities include logistics operations for LAS region as well as logistics service providers management, local distribution centers and inventory management, assuring parts availability for LAS countries.

Will act as LAS focal to lead and define the regional strategy for the services supply chain operations based on the local laws and specific conditions of each market, looking for different options to optimize logistics network layout and implement cost reduction initiatives.

Detailed Role Description:

Lead a team responsible for International and domestic logistics operations, planning, backlog & escalation management for each LAS country. Looking for alternatives in case of stock outs considering different sources such as WWHUB, Harvesting, Repair, open market buy.

LAS Repair operations manager:

  • Redemption and reverse operations
  • Reverse TAT
  • end-to-end management (Screening, RMA creation, Redemption, Receipt, Reverse Hub Vendor Management, Reverse Quality Control Process).

Overall cost management & performance analytics.

Coordination with WW team for both planning and repair operations.

Logistics & DC Operations:

  • Logistics CPC
  •  Network optimization
  • Logistics Vendor Management - DC Vendor Management

Inventory Management: Experience in manage high volume of PNs or SKUs
