シニアパートナー営業（外勤）

【職務概要】


本ポジションは、NECダイレクト事業におけるシニア外勤営業としてパートナー顧客の新規開拓・既存顧客（Cレベル）へのフォローを通じて受注活動を最大化していただきます

NECPCには別途、レノボジャパン合同会社傘下のパートナーセールス部門もありますが、当部門はJapan E-commerce（Lenovo Global傘下）に属し、グローバルにレポートしながら、日本国内とはドットラインでの連携体制を持っています。今後はダイレクト組織としてもパートナーフォーカス戦略を加速させていく予定です。

【主な業務内容】

  • チャネル営業部門の組織立ち上げ・採用・育成・評価
  • チームのKPI／OKR設計・進捗管理
  • パートナー戦略の策定・推進、競合分析
  • 大手パートナー企業との上位折衝・提携交渉
  • 他部門（マーケ／商品企画／CS）との連携体制構築
  • 売上責任のマネジメントおよび業績報告

【応募要件（Must）】

  • 5年以上の法人営業経験（直販・チャネルいずれも歓迎）
  • 2名以上のチームマネジメント経験
  • 販売戦略や施策の立案・実行経験
  • Excel, PowerPointでの資料作成および数値管理

【歓迎スキル・経験（Nice to Have）】

  • IT業界でのチャネル戦略実務経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
  • ビジネス英語スキル（TOEIC800点程度）
