Description and Requirements

The Senior Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the daily production plan, meeting operational KPIs, and managing resources effectively to maintain manufacturing capability and continuity. This role provides leadership on the production floor, drives performance, and ensures operational excellence through strong coordination, problem‑solving, and team development.}
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production plans are met according to schedule, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and drive performance against key KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, scrap, safety, and on‑time delivery.
  • Manage labor, materials, equipment, and tooling to ensure optimal resource utilization and uninterrupted manufacturing capability.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve production bottlenecks, deviations, or equipment issues.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop production teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, workplace safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead Lean, 5S, and process‑optimization initiatives to enhance performance and reduce waste.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, shift handovers, and performance dashboards.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) and process changes, ensuring production readiness and capability.
  • Foster strong communication across shifts and departments to maintain alignment and operational flow.
