Description and Requirements

Review, analyze and communicate 13wks/Long term forecast with ODM and planning  Ensure supply commits are executed to 13-weeks demand and DOI requirements to reduce supply impact to customer order.  Manage daily BPS/ONS in a lower level.  Understand and manage ODM components supply, capacity and production.  Know well about the industrial trend, market trend and commodity mix and take proactive action.  Support and manage new product supply ramp up. Communicate and manage supply constraints and worldwide parts allocation  EOL supply planning and tracking, parts excess review and control with ODM and related internal parties. Close interface/communicate with order execution, planning, GCM, PE and suppliers.  ODM supplier performance evaluation and relationship maintenance.  Requirements: 1. Good understanding of ODM manufacturing operations  2. 5 years Supply chain/planning related experience, 3-5 yrs ODM supply management experience  3. Strong analytical capability and excellent communication skills  4. Highly self-motivated, good problem solving and process driving skills  5. Good command in English, good skill of MS office, SAP and i2 system  6. Bachelor or above
