In this position you will generate and communicate key data points to Sales and to other cross-functional teams, which will support decision making processes. You will also manage the long term planning and forecasting process, help define and track targets, provide competitive analysis and recommendations.

A successful candidate will be a person who is customer driven, enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, discovering root causes, and designing long-term solutions. It will be a person who likes to learn, is a team player and can take ownership of processes and responsibilities. 

Key responsibilities

  • Support GTM organization on long term sales planning, financial forecast and demand planning
  • Work closely with product and sales organization on pricing and portfolio planning
  • Develop key business strategies, analysis and initiatives.
  • Define and track targets, driving sales and supply chain towards excellence
  • Analyze large datasets and develop clear and well-structured analytical reports


  • Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.
  • Min. 4 years of experience in strategy/sales operations role
  • Excellent communication skills. Team player, proven ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams and ability to influence people.
  • Proactive and driven. Able to work independently and bring relevant information to the sales teams, explaining how it impacts the business and possible strategies to consider.
  • Excellent analytical skills. Ability to analyze large amounts of data, transform it into relevant information for the business, and communicate critical information to different teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excel / Power Point (mandatory), SQL / Power BI (desirable)
