Description and Requirements

The Sr. Outsourcing Manager manages Lenovo’s APOS partners. Responsibilities include hitting revenue & margin targets, coordination with business leaders, completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. 

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end APOS outsource partnership, including sales roles, sales motions, and integration with internal teams.  The manager will set deadlines, roadmaps, communication cadence with stakeholders, and drive performance management. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Outsourcing
  • Design outsourcing strategy with country and sales opportunity coverage Identify and establish outsourcing partnership to stand up a sales team with specific roles (queue, relationship, channel) 
  • Create on-going operational cadence & KPI’s 
  • Partner with geography hardware and services sales teams to ensure seamless 
  • CX Manage (weekly, monthly, quarterly) performance outcomes
  • Sales team KPI’s – opportunity coverage, call metrics, close rates, quality Inbound / outbound call forecasting & planning 
  • Sales insights and outcome management 
  • GTM programs for the outsource sales teams – Campaigns, upsell programs, etc. 
  • Proactively work with business leaders on outcomes and corrective action plans 
  • End-to-end process engagement
  • Sales opportunity & quota alignment 
  • Facilitate sales and sales support requirements / hand-offs 
  • Drive sales productivity and efficiencies 
  • Provide inputs & requirements for sales tools enhancements
