Description and Requirements

The function of the Sr Sales Rep Educacional is to provide direct support to the Sales Manager in the ongoing development of existing and prospective Educational clients/market, to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets. Develop relationships with Educational customers, distributors and business partners: • Understand customer needs and requirements • Build competitive offerings with an important degree of detail in product • Develop strategies to cover your database with distributors and channels • Lead team work between product and sales in order to define priority actions to grow the Educational share • Identify decision makers & influencers, set appointments to work closely with customers in their requirements, qualify opportunities and manage the entire sales process through closing • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory • Plan sales projections • Feed company tools as CRM and customer experience • Maintain updated opportunities for weekly forecast reviews • Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals • Take care of customer experience • Maintain and manage a large pipeline while accurately forecasting to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas. Position Requirements: • Proven 5-7 years of inside sales experience in Educational accounts (mandatory) • Track record of over-achieving quota • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong listening and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Proficient English Level (mandatory)
