Position Description:

The function of the Education Sales Representative is to provide direct support to the Sales Manager in the ongoing development of prospective clients, to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets

Position Requirements:

• Develop relationships with customers and business partners

• Understand customer needs and requirements

• Identify if customers applies to global agreements

• Build competitive offerings with an important degree of detail in product (HW, SW, Services)

• Develop strategies to cover your database directly or through business partners

• Lead team work between product and sales in order to define priority actions to grow share
• Identify decision makers & influencers, set appointments to work closely with customers in their requirements, qualify opportunities and manage the entire sales process through closing
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

• Plan sales projections

• Feed company tools as CRM and customer experience

• Maintain updated opportunities for weekly forecast reviews
• Work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals

• Take care of customer experience
• Maintain and manage a large pipeline while accurately forecasting to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.

• Proven 4-6 years of inside sales experience in Corporate accounts
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• English speaking, writing and listening
