Description and Requirements

The role of Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in recruiting the best talent in different countries within the AP region and ensuring candidate & hiring manager experience.

What will you be doing as Talent Acquisition Partner?

  • Working in partnership with the Senior TA team, Hiring managers, and HR business partners on the end-to-end hiring process within AP.
  • Creatively sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of channels (social media, direct sourcing, internet, employee referrals, community, job fairs, etc.).
  • Devising actionable strategies from talent market insights
  • Bringing the TA perspective to hiring decision-making by executing talent market analysis and research activities to provide talent insights and recommendations
  • Managing external agencies for the execution of search projects
  • Identifying ideal hiring methodology and providing oversight based on the available information is gathered from businesses on their hiring needs.
  • Driving the hiring process and managing candidates` pool on job boards, internal databases, and social media.
  • Understanding diversity goals and act as a subject matter expert for areas of staffing responsibility. 
  • Conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Looking for new ways in talent sourcing strategies/campus hiring, employee referral, job fairs, LinkedIn...
  • Responsible for advertising, maintaining, and refreshing job positions on various relevant academic and professional sites.
  • Participating in local and global projects (Development projects, Hiring projects,...)

Position Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle, professional-level recruiting experience (CV screenings, phone interviews, F2F interviews, feedback).
  • Sourcing experience is a must (LinkedIn, Job boards & social media tools)
  • Experience with passive candidates approaching.
  • End-to-end hiring process responsibility (You are the single point of contact for Hiring managers and for candidates driving the entire hiring process).
  • International recruitment experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (oral and written).
