Description and Requirements

Job Description

  • Work with planner team to provide end to end Demand & Supply view including new product launch
  • Provide timely updates on product level Demand/Supply commit management & details and backlog parts shortage etc.
  • Close collaboration with CTO stakeholders and product operation to manage customer lead time expectation
  • Liaise with Fulfillment team to share E2E shipment and lead time outlook including critical, priority & aged orders
  • Reconciliate long term forecast & identify forecast gaps to be bridged by regional stakeholders
  • Track product EOL cycles & last time sell risks and synchronize the consumption plan with region focal
  • Dedicated E2E focus on strategic big bet products like workstation, X/T series, Gaming, Yoga, Commercial DT
  • Main focal to work and align with country stakeholders and related team to ensure NPI and launched timely and according to local activation schedule
  • Audit and feedback to countries on recommend areas of improvement relating to product enablement in web online for NPL
  • Validate EOL product schedule in countries to ensure timely removal from web online prior to final lock or Max lock dates and minimize CX impact and cancellations.


  • Minimum 5-6 years’ experience working in similar capacity within the PC industry
  • Experienced in E2E supply chain management within Asia Pacific
  • Understanding of supply chain management system tools like SAP and having basic knowledge on eCommerce operations would be in added advantage
  • Good communications & cross-function team coordination skills are highly desirable
  • Good skills on MS office tools & strong data analytical background; Fluence English & Japanese is needed.
