Description and Requirements

Work as storage device team engineer,
1.The candidate will be responsible for the technical work for HDD/SSD/NVMe enablement on Lenovo Servers.
2.Specifically, Join HDD/SSD/NVMe design review and QTR tech discussion with supplier, carry out the HDD/SSD/NVMe bug root cause investigation and drive vendor fix, building efficient technical communication with suppliers and Lenovo stakeholder technical teams (UEFI, XCC, OS, Thermal, etc). 
3.The candidate is also expected to provide input of HDD/SSD/NVMe porfolio based on industry technical trend.

- Engineering Bachelor degree or above; 3+ years work experience
- Background with server storage sub-system and storage devices such as raid adapter, HBA, NVMe, SSD, HDD, pcie switch etc.
- Experience in NVMe / SSD / HDD technology, be familiar with PCIe / SAS / SATA / NVMe spec
- Experience in x86 server, know about UEFI, XCC etc. componnet of server.
- Experience in hardware issue triage and debug
- Experience in OS such as Linux / windows / Vmware, and be able to have script programming
- Open minded, good teamwork and English communication, self-motivated
