Job Summary

The Software Requirements Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all technical requirements of our enterprise customers are implemented in our products. The activities include understand the voice of customer, analyze the needs, evaluate technical feasibility, guide discussions, perform tests and suggest solutions. Also, build technical documentation for new features design and development. The candidate must be familiar and stay updated about technology trends on mobile B2B market such as Android Enterprise, mobile Security, EMMs, enrollment tools and others.

Basic Qualifications 

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science 
- 5+ years of experience in requirements engineering, Android/Mobile Software development 
- Knowledge of Android SDKs, APIs and Java programming language 
- Familiarity with Android Enterprise and EMM solutions 
- Must have sufficiently detailed technical knowledge to work with engineering teams to understand feasibility and blocking issues 
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions 
- Excellent presentation skills with a clear and objective communication 
- Comfortable in technical discussions 
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and conflict resolution 
- Demonstrates advanced analytical and problem solving skills 
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and self-directed 
- Candidate should be Self-Driven / Self-Starter 
- Fluent/Advanced English 

Preferred Qualifications 

- Experience with Agile Software Development (Scrum, Kanban and others) 
- Knowledge on Git, Gerrit, Jenkins and Jira tools 
- Experience testing and developing mobile Enterprise solutions 
- Familiarity with mobile Enterprise Security 
- Technical support and bug fixing experience
