Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  1. 1.      Lead and direct visual identities for Lenovo’s SW offerings, building engagement through motion and visuals.
  2. 2.      Clearly articulate visual concepts and prioritize feedback to iterate rapidly as we learn more through the design exploration process.
  3. 3.      Create/maintain/iterate brand assets for One Lenovo Design system
  4. 4.      Contribute to strategic product planning via visual storytelling

Job Requirements

  1. 2.      8+ years of relevant experience. Preference given to candidates with solid foundational design skills, progressive UX/UI design philosophies and high-caliber visual expression capabilities, who can deliver distinctive design solutions and drive their end-to-end implementation.
  2. 3.      Keep abreast of and understand AI, possess a refined aesthetic for AI products, and be proficient in leveraging AIGC to enhance creative expression and design productivity.
  3. 4.      Global perspective and cutting-edge aesthetic taste. Preference given to candidates with experience in international projects and English-language design work.

艺术指导/视觉体验设计师主导产品的美学与情感设计方向,将品牌标识与产品战略转化为连贯、沉浸式的视觉体验。负责统筹视觉设计体系、动态视觉设计及空间交互界面设计,确保从硬件形态到软件界面的全触点设计,均实现风格统一、设计创新且体验易用。

岗位职责:

1、 主导联想软件产品的视觉创意设计,通过视觉增强用户互动体验,负责OSAI相关软件核心视觉概念的创意例如壁纸、开屏动画、关键界面等。

2、 能够清晰阐述视觉设计理念,在设计探索过程中优先梳理反馈意见,并基于探索成果快速完成设计迭代。

3、 为联想统一设计系统打造、维护并迭代品牌视觉资产。

4、 通过视觉叙事的方式,为产品战略规划提供专业支撑与创意贡献。

岗位要求:

    • 1、 拥有出色的作品集,展示出扎实的视觉设计基础、以人为本的设计解决方案以及可衡量的成果。
    • 年以上相关工作经验。具备扎实的设计基本功、先进的 UX/UI 设计理念、高质量的视觉表达能力,能输出有辨识度的设计方案并推动全流程落地者优先。
    • 3、 持续关注并理解人工智能领域,具备 AI 产品的专业审美能力,且能熟练运用 AIGC 工具提升创意表达能力与设计创作效率。
    • 4、 具备全球视野,拥有前沿的审美品味。有国际项目参与经验及英语工作语言的设计实操经验者优先。
