Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities​​

Build financial model for various business assessment situations Draft data-driven memos to summarize findings for business leaders and relevant stakeholders Support evaluation of capital efficiency and allocation strategies to balance financial health and organic growth Analyze capital market dynamics to facilitate financing decisions Support evaluation of business opportunities to fuel inorganic growth through M&A, partnership, or minority investments Conduct due diligence on targets/partners, perform valuation analysis, scenario modeling, and synergies assessment Collaborate with different finance functional teams to achieve specific finance initiatives

Qualifications​​

  • ​​Education:​​ Pursuing or recent graduate (within 3 years) of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA candidates welcome) preferred
  • ​​Technical Skills:​​ Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), financial modeling, and PowerPoint; familiarity with capital markets, valuation methodology, and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
  • ​​Analytical Mindset:​​ Strong quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • ​​Communication:​​ Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal skills (Cantonese is a plus); ability to present complex ideas to non-finance stakeholders
  • ​​Cultural Fit:​​ Curious, proactive, and meritocracy-based; thrives in analytical, collaborative, fast-paced environments
