About The Job
The Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Planning organization partners with BGs, Geos and other functional teams in developing GTM strategic initiatives, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution.

We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with mid-long term business objectives, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We establish more efficient practices, and align stakeholders to help the company continue to achieve its vast potential.

Reporting to Head of GTM Strategy and Planning, you will be a thought and execution partner for business leaders, thinking strategically and helping drive best practices. You will help define strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities
 

  • Act as strategic architect on GTM strategic planning, be an integral part of Strategic team. Deliver executive-level insights and guidance and actions based on planning and analytics work done within the team.
  • Provide oversight and game plan to strategic initiatives of high importance, design overall strategy, business plan, lead goals setting, tracking and performance measurement of the projects/ initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership to sales leadership and cross-functional leaders, and jointly develop the market’s business plan and go-to-market sales strategy and gain the required support to execute programs.
  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing data, leading analyses, and developing recommendations.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
  • Experience working in large technology firm, with solution/services experience on sales or presales organization preferred.
     

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, and/or having held strategy/sales operations roles in MNC or mobile industry.
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Experience with influencing executive stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in prioritization of deliverables and tasks and a proven track record of taking ownership and action.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • MBA a strong plus
