Job Description

Supply Chain Manager role who defines and delivers a supply chain design that meets procurement, materials availability, quality, technology, DfX, and manufacturability targets throughout all phases of the ISG in-house design product life cycle, and integrates the supply chain resources to accommodate the growing of multi Segments to bring more synergy and diversity supports for New Product Introductions and subsequent Sustaining executions.

The new role is the key connecting link between Supply Chain Team(Commodity Management, Cost, Business Planning, Capacity Provision, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality) and our ISG ODT stakeholders, and responsible for managing supply chain activities to act as an end-to-end focal to robust and maximize the efficiency from ISG Global Supply Chain Team to strengthen operations for One Lenovo strategy and to fulfill manifold aspects of business needs for Lenovo Success.

  • Problem Solving - This role executes more in-depth tasks. Apply DCLP process to identify and resolve issues. Capable to accommodate & deliver business requirements by optimizing process & cost.
  • Facilitate communication between Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Dev and other Lenovo organizations.
  • Develop NPI sourcing plan
  • Participate in sourcing decision making activities to the BU.
  • Responsible NPI production in WW mfg sites for time to market.
  • Governance to end to end supply chain from NPI kick-off, sourcing, cost management, and MFG enablement till product end of life.  
Role Requirement
  • 5-8 Years above Project Management Experience
  • Ability to communicate in English & Mandarin
